Mideast Violence? Nobody Cares

A day cannot pass in which we are not bombarded with Left and Right commentary on how to achieve peace in the Middle East/South Asia region.

Newsflash: Nobody cares.

The entire discussion will become important – only – when it switches from how to achieve peace in the region, to how to ensure radical islam stops attacking the modern world.

No one really cares about the region, nor should they. It has no manufactures anyone needs, no produce to drive trade, no education to speak of, no indigenous culture that continues to spread globally (music, writing, philosophy, dance, art, theatre, […]

Dr WR Mead Joins Eyes Wide Shut Pundocracy

Dr Mead, normally on-point, is – as are all the other pundits refusing to think outside the box of traditional presidents (all the more ironic as Obama was elected because he was NOT traditional) – wrong again on Obama making “mistakes” in his strategy re: ISIS.

http://www.the-american-interest.com/2015/06/12/obamas-grave-miscalculations/

It’s amazing how many people, after so much time, refuse to understand Obama. He is not making mistakes.

If he wanted to expand Shia to the Med what, exactly would he do differently?

He is using the brutality of Sunni ISIS to demoralize Iraq so much they are willing to turn to Iran […]

Obama’s Gathering Storm

A friend recently wrote to me that the world today reminds her of the “Gathering Storm,” referring to Churchill’s book of that name documenting the lead-up to WW2 in Europe (which, if you have not yet read it, is a must for understanding that war – and today’s rising tensions). I wrote back that the better analogy is the sovietization of Russia under Lenin and Stalin, and the susbequent destruction of law, domestic personal liberties, markets, opportunity, living standards, education and employment, all of which American Democrats – assisted by their GOP “opponents” – are doing in our […]

The Dangerous World Obama is Intentionally Creating

I hope that everyone understands that Obama – intentionally – is creating a nuclear nightmare in the Middle East and South Asia, and that the only way out will be a nuclear attack on at least one nation and its people.

Once Iran is close enough to a nuke to reach breakout, Israel will nuke the Iranian underground facilities, which are too deep for any conventional bunker-buster to destroy. Obama will have left them no choice but to do so.

And Saudi Arabia and Egypt – and every other Sunni state in the region – will be cheering […]

What is Obama Doing with Iran?

Take a look at this picture:

Sunni Shia NObama

What does it show you? Nothing? OK – what does it tell you?

Now, look at that picture again, this time paying attention to the countries Obama either has attacked or in which he is encouraging / enabling Iran’s hegemony:

shia sunni

What is the theology of the nations Obama has attacked? Sunni. Of those he has aided? Shia.

Not to leave out of the picture Afghanistan and Pakistan, but Obama has – yet – to attack either (with the exception of the bin Laden raid in Pakistan and a bunch of drone strikes, […]
