The GOP Needs to Reconsider Defense Spending

As one can tell from the demands of and by people who should know better that wars can be won by spying on ourselves, and by all other GOP candidates to increase defense spending, Rand has not come close to convincing the GOP candidates and voters that increasing our military spending is not useful.
