How America Avoids Europe’s Death

Europe is dying for one reason: the lack of belief in commonality. Having created the most educated, inventive, free & prosperous culture in history, they assumed it would continue … just because.

The tribes fought & worshiped and fought some more between inventing the modern world. Tribalism became nationalism. Pagan & competing worship became Western Christendom. Fertility populated the Age of Exploration, bringing education, literacy, modern medicine and intellectual curiosity to the world.

Then they turned their backs on nationalism. Turned away from worship. They fantasized that a forced commonality many degrees more comprehensive than had organically arisen between their now-peaceful tribes could do other than destroy those – their – tribes, giving them less commonality than had existed for centuries. And their commonality, their culture, died.

And left a vacuum no longer filled with nationality or worship, no longer filled with invention, pride or life itself.

The flowing into this cultural vacuum of Pan-Arabism is the logical flow of a proud culture into territory lacking commonality for the first time in millennia. It fills Europe now with a different worship, and a culture that does not recognize national borders but seeks global dominance instead only for its worship, acting on a belief stronger than the faltering European tribes because they are one tribe. And they are conquering all before them.

America long has been more involved in worship, more tied to our single huge nation than the tiny tribes of Europe. America took in millions from these warring tribes and melded them into one enormous, modern, educated tribe, one nation, essentially one worship.

We, too, now foolishly are turning our backs on nationalism and the culture that made us great in all senses of that word.

The siren call of communism, also not recognizing national borders, is so strong it has pulled half our population away from our ubertribe, the most successful in history. It has destroyed our fertility, our belief in our exceptionalism – an exceptionalism that only can be denied by willful ignorance.

Our new borderless tribe rejects the ubertribe that is America, rejects nationalism, rejects worship. It believes that because it rejects tribalism, our common enemy will, as well, that if it rejects our culture, our culture will not be displaced by one more aggressive.

They are wrong but will not recognize it until it is too late.

Our half of the American Ubertribe recognizes the threat, but has yet to recognize the need for mobilization, to call up the forces required to meet the enemies in what is a two-front war.

So we begin our competition with pan-islam, a far more primitive and brutal tribe than we, a tribe of a savagery we left millennia ago, and with an internal, increasingly communist enemy who hates us nearly as much.

Both enemies hate most what it means to BE American: Liberty.

We begin our competition with leaders not of the American Ubertribe, but domestic and philosophical enemies of our tribe, of ourselves, our culture, our heredity… and of our children – our posterity. These all are being infiltrated with and propagandized by the other, more savage enemy. Both are existential.

Three forces will meet on the field: a communism that recognizes no borders but only totalitarianism, a pan-islam totalitarianism that recognizes no borders but death, and Americans.

As in all wars, the longer we wait to engage our enemies, the bloodier will be the fight.

To win, to ensure the preservation of liberty and human freedom, the fight must be joined, and in our fight we must be as or more brutal than our enemies, for it is brutality that wins wars and saves – or conquers – civilizations.

Smart bombs and precision munitions are tidy weapons of combat. But combat is only a part of war.

War is brutal overwhelming force that destroys not only an enemy’s capability to resist, but their will to do so. Defeat in war annihilates the ability to raise one’s head for one’s cause. It is overwhelming defeat. It is not confined to any battlefield.

War is not the loss of an engagement on the field of battle or a street or in a town, only to go home to lick one’s wounds, say hello to the wife and kids, rest & rearm.

War is the destruction of that home, of any ability or capacity to leave behind the fight.

War is not killing warriors. It is killing the enemy tribe. War is not killing armies. War is crushing the opposing ideology and its adherents, and the cities, towns, farms, transport, electrical & water distribution grids supplying and feeding them.

War is not an Apache helicopter and a chain gun on a dozen killers in a dark, empty field, nor a precision guided munition on a house of enemy leaders.

War is Dresden and Cologne, Tokyo and Berlin. Normandy Beach and Guadalcanal. War is Hiroshima.

War is killing ideologies and the political organizations – nations – that contain them.

If we are unwilling to make war – brutal, hard, final war – we will be defeated, for our enemies already are making brutal war on us, our women, our girls, our society, our culture.

History will not care that we refused brutality to defeat our enemies utterly, but only that the tribe willing to be the most brutal defeated all others.

Will it be us? Or our enemies?

War comes when the danger exceeds the ability of the Rule of Law to defeat it.  Neither enemy, not the Left, not islam, recognizes the Rule of Law.

War has already arrived. It is time to join the fight.

About Alex Scipio

About Alex Scipio: Alex moved out of the People's Republic of California to the Free State of Arizona, finally tiring of the lack of the Bill of Rights, the overgrown idiocracy, and the catering to non-Americans & welfare recipients. He still wonders how America got from Truman, Eisenhower, and Daniel Patrick Moynihan to the Liberal and Conservative extremes so badly managing America today. And, yes, islam DOES need to be annihilated. And doing what he can to get folks away from the extremes of political life.
