Obama, Chrysler and the WTO

Here’s a good question for the Obamafia:

The WTO was engineered to ensure that companies whose governments subsidized them could not unfairly compete against privately-owned companies (basically so that European companies could not beat American private enterprise through government subsidies).

QUESTION:

Now that the US Administration owns a significant part of Chrysler — is that ownership a violation of the WTO accords?

A columnist in today’s WSJ writes of the problems and way forward for Pakistan, the SWAT area of which is arguably the penultimate theater in any war on terror that is serious, Saudi Arabia being the logical ultimate theater.

Obama, Pelosi and Money Laundering

So – the Feds are telling Chrysler they have to subordinate the debt of legitimate bondholders to new gimmickry dreamt up by the Obamafia in violation of the takings clause of the 5th Amendment.

The net effect of this is to take money from legitimate bondholders in the form of investments they have made, to take money legally owed to those bondholders as a condition of their investment, and give that money to other, government-identified creditors who have no legitimate or supportable claim on those proceeds.
