This country was built on reasoned debate. While you can listen to both sides yammer about media bias, as long as we have competing media and new media, over time much of that bias is corrected - or at least pointed out.

 

But the story below is just insanity - - and it isn’t media being biased, it’s judicial and law-enforcement.

 

To the best of my knowledge a public person cannot be libelled unless the lie is extraordinarily over-the-top. Also to the best of my knowledge, prior censorship, i.e. stopping someone from saying or writing it BEFORE they do so, has ALWAYS been held as unconstitutional.

 

So take a look at the below and ask yourself, is this just a ploy perform prior-censorship (through official intimidation of those in disagreement with your position) of any anti-Obama statement? To get those unaware of the near-inability to successfully prosecute libel against public figures to not say anything at all - through sheer official intimidation?

 

Worse yet - a prior censorship ploy by both law enforcement and judiciary?

 

Is this Stalinst Russia? WTF?
