Apologies, Irony and a Thank You?

Just when you thought Baby Boomers lacked any sense of irony, or that Liberals had no sense of humor, along comes Hillary with an Op-Ed in today’s WSJ hectoring the Bush administration for a lack of honesty.

Seriously. A Clinton lecturing on honesty.

Having lost the Democrat nomination, evidently Hill has decided to become a stand-up comedienne.

You can’t make this stuff up!
Separately the WSJ posts the following from The Hill:

“Congress is poised to approve a federal apology for slavery just weeks before voters consider electing the nation’s first black president.”

No word on whether

  1. Muslims will be apologizing for capturing Black Africans and selling them to slave traders,
  2. Muslims – who still practice chattel slavery – will stop that practice and apologize to all current and former slaves of Muslims, or on
  3. whether African Americans will issue a formal “Thank You” to America for causing them not to be living in West Africa today.
